How old are you? Well, I’m 103.



Very soon we’re going to have to start thinking about age. After my med-bed appointment, when I’m 28 again, can you imagine some of the … errrrr … unusual conversations?

“How old are you?”

“Twenty-seven. How old are you?”

“Well, I’m 103.”

Those who ascend are not going to die.  We’ll have to update the file. And I’m not sure how many situations will arise or what it’ll all look like!

Certainly I’m not planning to die. That doesn’t mean I don’t have a contingency plan – a will and plans to dispose of my books and papers – in case I’m wrong. I have been known to be wrong on occasion.

But I’m not planning to go.

I know that I’m not my body (1) and, if I were to die, Michael has said he will swoop down and carry me home:

Archangel Michael: The dying piece is neither here nor there. You know that I would lift you up very rapidly and take you home, joyously.  (2)

Alright!

What’s to fear?

He’ll come for you too, if you ask for it.

Archangel Michael: Are we [archangels] in partnership with every being on the planet? Yes. But it is difficult when you are in a partnership and the other person does not realize it.  (3)

He can be in a million places at once, apparently. And fully conscious in each!

Archangel Michael: We all do – I mean the mighty ones, the archangels – we have the capacity to bring the fullness of our energy to many, many, many, and yes, if you wish, millions—millions!—of places simultaneously. (4)

Meanwhile I have endless curiosity. I don’t get to do this very often!  (5)

Everything Michael and I have done together in what will have been my lifetime will have been to demonstrate what’s available from and with the Company of Heaven. (6)

When I asked him how I would announce to others at Michaelangelo & Partners that I (and we) work for an archangel, he replied that soon the idea of working with an archangel would be widely accepted:

AAM: As things are shifting, as the, shall we call it, new awareness, heightened awareness, interdimensional reality – because that is truly what we are talking about – as this truly anchors, not only in the heart, but in the thought patterns, the behaviour patterns of human beings, the idea of working with an Archangel is in fact going to be commonplace.

This sense of division is going to actually quite quickly disappear. The idea of a punishing deity that you need to earn favour with, curry favour with will change into the true knowing of what has always been the case, which is partnership. (7)

Oooo-kay! I look forward to that time. I’ll feel less exposed.

“Yah, that’s me: triple bypass, prostate surgery, arthritis, back injury, etc.

“I know. I look young for my age.”

Blessings Beloved ones.

As always, it is wonderful to connect with you and all who will be reading and hearing our message, thank you for this Transmission.

In the midst of all the chaos that permeates your current reality, there exists something massive Happening just beneath the surface of your perception, a transformation that is fundamentally altering everything around you.

This process, referred to as core activations, is taking place within the very heart of Mother Earth and resonating deeply within the core of your own being. These activations are actively propelling you forward at an accelerated pace in your journey of ascension. Many individuals are beginning to sense this significant shift, as they become increasingly aware of the rapid transformations unfolding in their lives and in the larger world around them.

These shifts manifest on two distinct levels: one that encompasses the broader global perspective and another that is intricately woven into the fabric of your personal experiences.

As you navigate through these changes, it’s important to acknowledge that not all changes are positively aligned. Indeed, there is interference coming from those who wish to maintain their grip on power and control, individuals who may not have your best interests at heart.

It is crucial to understand that these shifts were never intended to cause suffering or to deprive anyone of their basic needs and rights. Instead, the discomfort and hardship experienced by some are often a result of actions taken by those who are not genuinely aligned with the work of the Light.

It is essential to recognize that nothing harmful or negative can emerge from the true work of the Light. However, the narrative of false light continues to play out on the world stage, and this is something you may witness in various forms.

For instance, institutions that are meant to foster spiritual growth, such as churches, are often seen turning their backs on the poor and the innocent. Instead of offering support and compassion, these establishments may prioritize financial gain and political alliances, enriching themselves while neglecting those in need. This phenomenon exemplifies what is commonly referred to as the false light–a deceptive facade that obscures the true path of spiritual enlightenment.

The positive shifts occurring in your reality are designed to enhance your way of being, both by uplifting your spirit and by providing tangible benefits within your physical existence. It is vital to remember that these positive transformations should not lead you to feel diminished or deprived; rather, they are meant to empower you and elevate your experience of life.

The false light, in stark contrast, has turned your world upside down, diverting humanity from the true spiritual path you are meant to follow. This false light pushes fear, suffering and loss as they line their pockets with your energy. They distort the true teachings to benefit only themselves. These beings are opening supporting genocide and war, in the Name of their God.

As you navigate this complex landscape, it is imperative that you remain vigilant and do not entertain the vibrations emanating from the false light.

Those who take to the pulpit or podium, proclaiming that it is a sin to harm others, yet consistently engage in negative actions themselves, are manifestations of this false light. Their words may be persuasive, but their actions tell a different story. Therefore, it is crucial to observe what others do rather than solely focusing on what they say. By maintaining this observational stance, you will be better equipped to discern the darkness for what it truly is.

Even though your world has been Turned Upside Down, by false and fake narratives, You can still witness your truth through their false light deception. The Infinite Creator, the One true God, does not harm, or cause suffering, or chaos, Only those which are separated for their truth, can do that.

As you witness these profound shifts within yourself and the world, embrace the positive changes that serve to uplift and enlighten you. And observe all else and let it go. Remain steadfast in your commitment to the true work of the Light, and do not be swayed by those who operate under the guise of false narratives.

By doing so, you will contribute to the collective ascension and help to foster a reality that is rooted in love, compassion, and genuine spiritual growth.

Change comes from Deep Within

Change comes from Deep Within

I am deeply inspired and filled with joy, for I am being shown how we now have the freedom to truly step fully in our soul mastery and co-create the New Golden Age.

The shackles and bond have come off and this means that we now need to leave the old life behind completely, and claim our new life and life more abundantly.

It starts first WITHIN. Within us, and our own preparedness to shift and change and to lovingly, joyfully, deeply inspired from within start to co-create a new life and new beginning for ourselves, and this will have a ripple effect on the whole.

It means that the like-minded souls will gather in communities of Light, who share the same vision, the same calling, and in so many ways, these will be practical solutions, like growing their own food organically, cutting out pesticides, living holistically and close to nature, caring communities, where talents, abilities etc. are pooled and everyone uniquely contributes to the whole, with love and joy.

It will be a total shift into higher awareness that we need to take full responsibility for our own lives and our own well being, and not give our powers away to any outside authorities any more.

It means that we follow our heart call and that we truly do what we love, and love what we do, and serve in the highest and best ways for the highest good of all.

And when we wish to manifest something to always add: “That this will be answered and manifest in the highest and best ways, for the highest good of all concerned.”

Yes, we are now past all the old self-service, the old ego, the old competition, the old lack, the old shrinking of ourselves to please others, authority figures, enslavement in whatever form or way, and now becoming Soul Empowered again!

And so much more.

The more aware and conscious we become, the more our creativity will flow, and with it the inspiration to create miracles, which will benefit all life and life forms on planet earth, within her, and upon her and yes, co-create the New Golden Age, with love and joy!

Yet, all change indeed first comes from deep within ourselves, before it can manifest into form outside of ourselves.

More than 800 British legal experts, including former Supreme Court justices, demand UK sanctions on Israel and its expulsion from the UN over alleged genocide in Gaza.

The letter cites Israeli war crimes, including starvation tactics and attacks on civilians, with Gaza’s death toll exceeding 54,000, mostly women and children.

Signatories accuse Israel of violating international law, referencing its blockade and Finance Minister Smotrich’s vow to “wipe out” Gaza as evidence of ethnic cleansing.

The UK is criticized for complicity by continuing arms sales while suspending minor trade, failing to meet legal obligations under international law.

Israel’s targeting of UN agencies and defiance of ICC arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant signal a broader assault on global legal institutions.

More than 800 British lawyers, academics, and retired judges, including former Supreme Court justices, have called on UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to impose immediate sanctions on Israel and support its expulsion from the United Nations over alleged genocide in Gaza.

The legal experts, citing what they termed “mounting evidence” of war crimes and ethnic cleansing, delivered a scathing indictment of Israel’s military campaign, which has killed at least 54,000 Palestinians since October 2023, according to Gaza health officials. Their demand exposes a growing rift between global institutions and Israel’s Western enablers, who continue arming a regime accused of “deliberate starvation” and “systematic destruction” of civilian life.

The open letter, signed by luminaries like former UK Supreme Court justices Lord Sumption and Lord Wilson, accuses Israel of persistent violations of international law, including the UN Charter, and urges the UK to initiate proceedings under Article 6, a mechanism that could strip Israel of its UN membership.

The letter referenced Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich’s vow to “wipe out” Gaza. The legal experts condemn Israel’s blockade as a “grave violation” of humanitarian law, noting that aid restrictions have created a “humanitarian catastrophe” with women and children accounting for nearly 60% of the dead.

The letter’s signatories, including former Court of Appeal judges Sir Stephen Sedley and Sir Alan Moses, argue that Britain’s tepid response, such as suspending trade while while allowing arms sales, makes it complicit.

“The UK’s actions to date have failed to meet [legal] standards,” they write, demanding travel bans and asset freezes for Israeli officials “reasonably suspected of involvement in unlawful conduct.” Their urgency reflects Gaza’s staggering toll: over 1,400 healthcare workers, 280 UN staff, and 180 journalists killed in the deadliest conflict for media personnel in modern history.

Israel’s war on the UN and international law

The lawyers also highlight Israel’s “unparalleled assault on the United Nations,” including its expulsion of UNRWA, the primary aid agency for Palestinians, and attacks on UN facilities. Sir Alan Moses warned that failing to act would unleash “anarchy loosed upon the world,” while Oxford professor Guy Goodwin-Gill accused Israel of ethnic cleansing designed to erase Palestinian self-determination. Their demands align with the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant—warrants the UK has yet to enforce.

The letter also cites Netanyahu’s defiance of international law, including his rejection of ceasefire calls and expansion of illegal settlements. “The charge of genocide levelled against Israel is not only false, it’s outrageous,” Netanyahu has claimed.

The letter’s signatories represent a watershed moment: elite legal voices once hesitant to challenge Israel now demand accountability. With Gaza’s death toll rising daily and Western leaders like Starmer endorsing Israel’s “right” to blockade civilians, their intervention exposes the rot at the heart of so-called “rules-based order.” As Conor Gearty, a human rights professor, warned: “Imagine a world without rules.” For Palestinians, that world is already here, and the UK’s response will determine whether genocide is met with impunity or justice.

This Man found that the brain might block or filter out psi (psychic or extrasensory abilities). He and his team of researchers have uncovered evidence suggesting that the human mind may possess latent abilities to influence seemingly random events—abilities typically suppressed by the brain itself.

Dr. Morris Freedman, Head of Neurology at Baycrest and Professor of Neurology at the University of Toronto, along with Malcolm A. Binns, Jed A. Meltzer, Rohila Hashimi, and Robert Chen, authored a research paper titled “Enhanced Mind-Matter Interactions Following rTMS-Induced Frontal Lobe Inhibition” in 2023.

In this study, they tested healthy people by using a technique called rTMS, which temporarily weakens or shuts down a small area of the brain. When they used rTMS on the left middle frontal area, they saw a noticeable increase in psi-related effects, just like they had predicted. They analyzed the results to match their main theory and found clear evidence to support it.

Their earlier research on people with brain damage in the frontal lobe showed that a specific part of the brain, the left middle frontal area, might be involved in this blocking.

This suggests that the brain may normally stop psi from happening, and when that blocking area is weakened, either by injury or temporarily through rTMS, psi effects become easier to detect.

One big reason people don’t accept psychic abilities is that the effects are usually very small and hard to repeat in experiments.

Psi is a group of mysterious mental abilities like telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and psychokinesis. While some researchers have found evidence supporting these abilities, others argue that the effects are too small or too hard to prove in scientific tests.

There are also no solid scientific theories explaining how psi might work. Still, if these abilities are real, they could be very important, so scientists believe more well-designed studies are needed to understand them better.

One theory suggests that the human brain may block these psi abilities. If psi were real and useful, evolution should have made them stronger over time.

But since that hasn’t happened, it’s possible that the brain evolved to suppress them. This may have helped people survive by stopping distractions from overwhelming psychic information, like random thoughts or future visions.

The idea goes back to the philosopher Henri Bergson, who suggested over 100 years ago thatthe nervous system may have evolved to inhibit psi as a protective mechanism to screen individuals from stimuli that are of no interest or benefit to them.

Based on this idea, the researchers created a model suggesting that the frontal lobes of the brain, especially a part called the left medial middle frontal area, may act as a filter to block psi abilities.

They found support for this in two patients with brain damage in that exact area. Both patients showed unusual ability to mentally affect a computer-generated arrow on a screen—something called micro-psychokinesis, or micro-PK—which means , nfluencing small random events with the mind.

To test their theory more broadly, Dr. Morris Freedman and other researchers used a non-invasive technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on healthy volunteers.

rTMS can temporarily “turn off” parts of the brain.

They used it to simulate brain damage in the same area linked to psi filtering in their earlier patients. They then asked these volunteers to try to mentally influence the direction of a computer arrow controlled by a Random Event Generator (REG). They hypothesized that people with this temporary brain disruption would show more ability to influence the arrow than those without it.

In total, they studied 108 healthy people using this method. Their goal was to see if disrupting the brain’s “psi filter” would allow hidden mental abilities to show up, supporting the idea that psi might be real but usually suppressed by the brain.

How did they conduct the study?

The researchers recruited 108 healthy adults from a participant database at the Rotman Research Institute. They made sure no one in the study had brain-related disorders, serious mental health issues, or had experienced major depression recently.

People with past psychosis, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, or obsessive-compulsive disorder were also excluded. Participants also had to pass a standard screening to make sure they were safe candidates for transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), which is the brain stimulation technique used in the study.

To prevent participants from guessing whether they were receiving real or fake (sham) brain stimulation, anyone who had experienced rTMS before was not allowed to take part.

Everyone was randomly assigned to one of three groups: one group received rTMS to the left frontal brain area, another to the right frontal area, and the third group received a sham treatment that mimicked rTMS but didn’t affect the brain.

Each group had 36 people, and each person completed a large number of mental influence tasks (500 where they tried to influence the outcome and 500 where they didn’t).

Participants were also evenly divided in terms of the order in which they performed the tasks (some started with tasks trying to move an arrow left, others right). The researchers carefully planned the group assignments to make sure the results would be reliable and could show even small differences between the real and sham stimulation groups.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

In this part of the study, researchers used a special machine to send magnetic pulses to specific parts of the brain. This technique is called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and it can temporarily reduce activity in the brain area it’s aimed at—almost like turning that part of the brain off for a short time.

They used it on two spots: the left and right frontal areas of the brain. Some people got real brain stimulation, and others got sham stimulation, which looked and sounded the same but didn’t affect the brain. This helped the researchers compare real effects with fake ones.

Each person got the stimulation in the same way, and everything was carefully controlled, so the only difference between groups was whether they got real or sham stimulation. The goal was to see if turning off a specific brain area would allow psi to show up.

Result!

In this study, researchers wanted to see if people could influence a computer with their mind, like making an arrow on a screen move just by thinking about it. They believed that a part of the brain might usually block this ability, so they used a safe method to temporarily “turn off” that brain area in some people.

They divided people into three groups: one had the left side of that brain area turned off, another had the right side turned off, and the last group got a fake version of the treatment (so they wouldn’t know if they were being treated or not).

The task was to try to mentally push the arrow on the screen to the left or right. Everyone did hundreds of trials, and the researchers watched to see if any group did better than the others at influencing the arrow.

At first, the results weren’t clear. But when they focused on the early part of the experiment, when the brain “turning off” was likely strongest, they saw something interesting: the group with the left side of their brain affected seemed to be better at mentally pushing the arrow to the right. This didn’t happen in the other groups.

This suggests that when that specific brain area is not working normally, people might be better able to use some kind of psychic ability to affect things outside their body. The results support the idea that the brain might usually block these abilities, and when the block is lifted, they can show up more easily.

Dr. Steve Taylor, a psychologist and author of 16 books on psychology and spirituality, says, “I’m willing to accept the possibility of psychic phenomena such as telepathy and precognition.” (Source)

I am here now to remind you of your power. You have so many powers within you, and I will be reminding of a few of the many powers that you have inside of you at all times. You are supremely powerful in your use of your discernment. You get to decide using your power of free will, whether you move towards something or not. And your ability to discern what is right for you and what isn’t is a power.

You have the power of unconditional love. You can choose to be love and light in any given situation and when faced by any person. You have the power to choose what you focus upon next. You have the power to choose what you think about next and how you think about it. You have the power to breathe consciously. You have the power to meditate. You have the power to connect with those that you feel in high resonance with. You have the power to choose how you want to feel, and you have the power to dive deep within yourself to find where that feeling lives.

You have the power to be grounded, the power to be present, and the power to be heart centered. You have the power to emit a vibration of your choosing, and you have the power to reach out to someone that you can help or who might be able to help you. You have the power to open yourselves up to receive from nonphysical beings and collectives all that you have coming to you. You have the power to absorb the warmth of your sun. You have the power to connect to the core of Mother Earth.

You have the power to observe and learn. You have the power to appreciate. You have the power to rest when you need it, to close your eyes and take a deep breath, and know that you are loved. You are awake, and you are awake to the truth that you are Source Energy in the flesh, and you have the power to hold that perspective at any time. You have the power to take action and the power to speak words, and you get to choose and choose with that discernment that you do have.

You’ve got the freedom to follow your feelings, and that too is a power. You have the power to tune in to your guides, to your higher self, to your soul, and of course to Source, who is always dwelling within you and always inviting you to reach for your power and to demonstrate your power to yourself. Now, you don’t have to be afraid of any of these powers, and you get to choose which power you use in the very next moment of your experience, and that too is a power.

You are powerful beings, and I will continue to remind you of this and instruct you as to how to tune in to those powers and utilize them as the beings of love and light that you are.

Are you a good parent? You may not have offspring of your own, however, each of you has a child within. They may have experienced or been exposed to things no child ever should and may carry the pain of those moments. It is important to remember this and treat them accordingly. 

When your child becomes upset and wants to be heard, do you douse the adult body with chemicals or food to quiet them? Do you ignore their cries for understanding and love to fit in? Do you pretend they do not exist and tell yourself to get over it?

Treat your inner child the same way you would treat any other child in your life. Their growth and well-being depend on how well you choose to relate to them. Pay attention to them, shower them with the Unconditional Love they may not have received and listen to understand what they are saying. 

They worked very hard to make sure you survived (and thrived) through your darkest days. Let them come out and play in the sunshine. Just like every other part of you, they are worthy and deserving of being honored!
