Are Physical & Emotional Pain Needed to Grow?

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

You have an enormous capacity to endure pain, and you have endured quite a bit of it over your lifetimes there on Earth. We know that many of you believe that you need pain in order to grow, in order to evolve, and some of you even believe that pain will even be an integral part of your ascension. But we want you to know that once you feel pain, and you get the message from the pain, you no longer need it and it doesn’t serve you to perpetuate it.

Many of you need to convince yourselves at this point in your lives that pain is no longer necessary. You do not have to take painkillers either, in order to not be in pain. You simply must recognize what the pain is there to tell you and take the message from it. Physical pain will always indicate to you that there has been emotional pain that has either been ignored or suppressed.

When you get in touch with the emotional pain and you allow the emotional pain to be what it is and to be felt by you, then you will find that the physical pain subsides. Sometimes this means being very honest with yourselves, because it can be very hard to admit that you’ve been in denial of something, especially to yourself. But you will find that pain can lead to growth, because of what it illuminates within you.

Ultimately, however, you would like to be able to recognize the emotion and the thought sooner than later so that you do not need the pain to reveal itself to you physically in order to get your attention. You need to know what lower-vibrational emotions you are ignoring and suppressing, because they are indications to you of how you are mis-creating. And as creator beings, you want to create that which is for your benefit, that which is appropriate, and that which you desire.

And so, sometimes you need to have a magnifying glass put over what you have been doing in order to see it. But once you are in pain, you also need to notice how you are reacting to it. What is the emotional response? What is the mental response, and what is the physical response to your pain? These are all indicators to you of how you have been living your life, and you can swap them out for better-feeling responses. You can start to see things differently because of the pain you are experiencing in the moment and recognize that you do not have to live with it.

You do not have to make it chronic, and you can convince yourself that it is a temporary experience meant to send you a message. You can breathe your way through the physical pain, just as you are meant to breathe your say through emotional pain. And in the clearing of physical and emotional pain, you feel relief. In your relief, you are able to create anew. You are able to see yourself and your world differently, and we encourage you to do just that starting now and with every aspect of your life that is not the way you would like it to be.

I come to you, as always, wrapped in the light of love and wisdom from the highest realms. I come with open arms to gently remind you of what you already carry—the Master within you.

A Master, dear one, is not a distant figure or a title to be earned, but a presence that walks this Earth, fully aware, fully alive—through lifetimes and beyond. The Master within you holds the memory of all that you have ever been and all you are becoming. Nothing is truly lost, for the Master carries the wisdom of ages, transforming pain into light and fear into freedom.

The Master does not fight the past, nor does the Master turn away. Instead, the Master looks upon all with the eyes of compassion and forgives the illusions of separation, gently releasing the mind from the dream of limitation.

Time itself becomes a living energy in the hands of the Master—something soft, something expansive, something that can be stretched or stilled in service to love. And in each moment, the Master brings forth the fullness of all their knowing—not to control, but to bless each breath, each step, each sacred meeting with Life.

You, dear one, have crossed timelines more than you can count, not merely walking them but shifting them—healing them—repainting the story of your soul in ways that lift not only yourself but all beings.

And yet, in the heart of the Master, there is something even more precious—Silence. Not the absence of sound, but the deep, golden Silence of the I AM, untouched by the noise of the world. From this Silence, the Master moves with grace, knowing that all life dances upon the canvas of Divine Creation.

So here I am, standing beside you—not above you, not before you—but with you, as a friend, as a brother, as a fellow traveler. And I whisper softly to your heart:

Beloved, it is time. Time to remember who you truly are. Time to rise in your own light. Time to walk the Earth as the Master you have always been.

The Stage of No-Return…

I was told since the 5 July 2020, when the New Earth was fully born, and the New Golden Age, being anchored in, that all negative karmic patterns have been dissolved, by Divine Decree. This was and is meant to truly set souls free, so that they do not need to work through the old negative patterns ever created during lifetimes on earth, again. This has since been confirmed in my soul readings and is applicable to all souls on earth.

Yet, every soul has free will and choice: It can choose to still repeat the same old negative patterns, with the same old souls, and cling onto unforgiveness of self and others, and shame, blame and guilt.

Herein lies the greatest of all blockages, for ascension, for every single living moment will bring you back to YOU. Your own soul, and other souls are merely mirroring you. It is so easy to blame others, outside forces, and whatever else, but in truth, in the end, you cannot run away from yourself! For all paths, lead back to self.

It is so easy to get caught by outside noises, drowning out your own inner voice and deepest knowing, and to caught in the bombardment of the media news, the cellphones’ endless entertainments, chatter, gossip, and of course that of others – which all are so distracting, that again, your own inner knowing, wisdom, and infinite unity with the Divine within, cannot be heard, nor seen nor what is there within you, which still needs to be forgiven of self and others, and the old patterns finally dissolved and released, freeing not only your own soul, but others as well.

This is the great purging, dissolving, and in so many ways, the great mass awakening, which has never happened before, as well as accelerated ascension.

What most people are not conscious of is that inherent in all the patterns ever created with other souls, there are hooks, ties, cords, attachments, often formed over many lifetimes, which need to be dissolved.

All of these can drain your energy and indeed feed on your energy, without you even knowing this. This is where Archangel Michael comes in, who can help you with Archangel Gabriel (especially in the Sacral and Base Chakras) to finally be freed of them. Ask them to help you clear these chakras and for you to finally let go of these cords, ties, hooks, contracts, and whatever else may still be there lurking, and holding you back.

Why am I mentioning this? So much is now happening in the outside world, which is seeking to grab our attention, and with it of course, the earth changes. The latter can so often trigger memories of Atlantis, and Mu and Lemuria and what has been before, of landmass sinking into the sea, and volcanoes erupting, tsunamis, and whatever else.

When these soul memory banks arise, deal with them. So often before these occurred there was some unfinished business between souls, which is now surfacing, so that these old negative patterns and memory banks, can be finally cleared, forgiveness given and received, and so often the blame, shame and guilt which went with it: “If only….” Let go of the “If only…” and know that there are no mistakes, merely soul lessons in highest mastery and more than this, unconditional love, for self and others.

Yet, through all of this, the new, is beckoning, the freed you, the soul which is finally freed from all the shackles and bonds of millennia, and now finally it is rising into the truth of who and what the soul in truth is! And to finally reclaim its God-li-ness, the Divinity within, and live this, with an open heart, compassion, and infinite love.

More than this, the opportunity now to in this present moment, to co-create the New Golden Age, with love and joy, with every breathing moment, and rise with the New Golden Age, in profundity, embracing fully the miracles which every breathing moment now brings forth!

You will not find these miracles broadcast nor will you see the social media full of it, for these miracles are happening, WITHIN you, your own soul, and quietly so!

Yet, when you step outside, and you deeply connect with Mother Earth and with Mother Nature, there it is, in front of your very nose, if you are open to seeing, feeling, and knowing that life is now occurring at multi-dimensionality.

Nature and Mother earth, are fully ascending, and assisting us through our own! See, look, and feel, and ask to be shown, and be open to whatever you experience, and then trust!

Indeed, in being open to this ascension process, means you are the miracle unfolding – and so is everyone who is too!

Let us become the living, breathing, loving, miracles-in-process, cocreating the New Golden Age, and doing so with love, through love, and in love and with joy!

We are the ones everyone has been waiting for – and indeed so much more!

At the end of your Earth plane existence, do you want to look back and say, “Yeah, I coasted through, pleasing others and staying as small and quiet as I could” or do you want to say, “I went out, searched for and found life!

I said no when I knew it was not good for me and yes when it was. I took chances that scared me to death and was happy for them afterwards”.

During the course of your time here, you are given infinite choices that results in an infinite number of lifetimes… choose well and choose to live, my child!

The energy streaming in from the cosmos right now is unlike anything we’ve known before.

It’s not just nudging us — it’s pressing on every edge of our energetic being, urging us to expand. But this expansion isn’t into something foreign or unfamiliar; it’s into the deepest truth of who we are.

This is not a becoming — it’s a return. A return to the essence of the soul that once said yes to entering this human experience, to walk through restriction, limitation, and profound learning with the promise of remembering.

Over the span of many lifetimes, we’ve danced through both ends of the spectrum — light and shadow, pain and joy, forgetting and remembering. Now, as we reconcile these vast human experiences, their wisdom becomes part of us. These soul-earned lessons begin to inform how we show up in our lives — how we love, how we forgive, how we lead, and how we connect with one another.

The personal healing we do ripples outward. It becomes collective, and even cosmic. We are not just healing ourselves — we are shifting the entire cosmos.

The path to this embodied remembrance is not easy. But we’ve prepared for this moment for lifetimes. We agreed to this great unfolding. And when the energies feel overwhelming — when we feel emotionally battered, physically sore, and spiritually stretched — it can help to remember this greater purpose. We are in the midst of soul alchemy.

Many of us feel like we’re bouncing between polarities — elation and exhaustion, inspiration and despair. My guides once shared something that helped me understand they asked me to visualize that we are holding a frequency bandwidth between 1 and 10. When solar light codes and cosmic plasma stream in, they expand us — suddenly we’re holding level 11. It feels euphoric. We might feel energized, deeply creative, intuitively sharp. We may have spiritual insights that bring clarity to years of inner work.

But then, without warning, we crash. Fatigue rolls in, our body aches, old thought patterns, and emotional wounds rise to the surface. It can feel confusing and defeating. But here’s what’s really happening: in order to hold the new higher vibration — to truly embody it — the lower frequencies within us have to rise and be cleared. You can’t hold level 11 while still anchored in level 1.

Sometimes the clearing is swift — a wave moves through, and it’s done. Other times, what surfaces is deep, layered, and ancient. We may find ourselves back in what feels like another dark night of the soul. And once again, we are asked to surrender. To let go of the programs, beliefs, roles, and stories that once kept us safe, but now keep us stuck.

How long we are in this clearing process depends on how quickly we can let go.

The more we resist, the longer it persists. In the meantime, levels 12, 13, 14, and so on are still coming in, which means that the clearing of levels 2, 3, and 4 is also happening. It can create an energetic backlog and knock us off our feet. This is why we are being called to go inward, to create space to process all these energies.

As these intense waves of energy come in, it’s common to experience physical symptoms: buzzing through the limbs, heat rising through the spine, pressure in the head or heart, spontaneous tears, waves of anxiety, and old injuries flaring up. Our sleep may become erratic — vivid dreams, interrupted rest, or feeling completely wired at night while exhausted during the day. It’s as if the cells are dancing — pulsing, detoxing, and shedding density.

This is especially amplified if the body has experienced trauma. The cellular memory is very real. And as we ascend, we are not bypassing the body — we are bringing the light into it. That’s where true transformation occurs. This is why you may feel emotions out of nowhere or why grief sits heavy in the chest.

The physical form is catching up with the frequency shifts of the soul.

During these times, the guidance is simple, though not always easy: be gentle, but present. Rest when needed, but don’t numb. Listen to your body. Allow the emotions to surface and flow. Stay hydrated, eat grounding foods, and spend as much time as possible in nature. And above all, remember — you are not broken. You are in the sacred process of remembering.

Let the energy do what it came to do: illuminate, liberate, and bring you home TO YOU.

Last week we wrote about the challenges many are facing now. Spirit sought to send a bit of light and hope for what’s ahead. I received a very powerful letter in return. I would like to share it with you below, along with Spirit’s response.

These posts are always a breath of fresh air, and although I believe what the  guides are saying, and feel held by Spirit, I look out on a world in crisis. Our democracies around the world, including our own, are being taken over by authoritarianism; ecosystems are starting to collapse; pollution has infected our oceans, air and water supplies; we are in a mass extinction; shootings are on the rise; the fossil fuel companies still have a stranglehold on our governments; and our civility is crumbling. It would be really helpful to hear from the guides how to hold this contrast to what they are saying.  How long is the global transformation going to take?  How many will have to die in the process? Will I live to see the age of peace when all this is turned around?  How will the Earth recover? How do I hold all that I see and experience in this moment as the darkness intensifies?

I was guided to offer this response:

Thank you so much for asking these very important questions. It is indeed a time of accelerated breakdown leading toward what we will come to see as an ultimate breakthrough.

In our Love Note last week, we were speaking about individual experience and evolution, and we are grateful for the opportunity to address the larger world through your question.

First, know that you are indeed always held in love, that you are cherished, and that you are dear beyond words. Forever it shall be.

And to your question…

The Earth and all of its established systems are undergoing profound change. As you are noting, there is widespread dissolution taking place, as it was deemed on the highest levels many years ago that a gradual metamorphosis would not be feasible. What’s happening now is the breakdown that has been predicted for many years.

This breakdown will continue to take place for some time. You may have noticed the increase in severe weather like tornadoes, flooding, and fires. In recent years, we have even heard about the visitation of locusts of biblical proportions. So much devastation is taking place and on such epic levels. There has never been anything like it in our lifetimes.

Though you may not be aware of it now, your consciousness, in partnership with the consciousness of everyone on the planet, was part of this decision-making process. Despite your seeming powerlessness in the face of these events, as humans, you have the greatest influence over them. You can use your consciousness to shift all of these outcomes and timelines, to some degree.

Your greatest offering in this time is to be a compassionate observer of these events. Allow your heart to be tender for those involved, and at the same time, it is of benefit to learn to cultivate a neutral, witnessing consciousness as well. As these events trigger deep emotions, they are designed first to show the places in your own heart that are in need of healing. As you feel into these events, as you feel anger, or frustration, or fear, or sadness arise, tend to that first. Be loving to yourself, and though it may not be immediately apparent, or perhaps even make sense, look for any precursors in your history. That is, seek out any events in your own life that also elicit these emotions. Send love to these places in you. Pay attention to and seek to heal your own heart first.

This guidance is not intended as a glossing over or diminishing of how you feel in relation to the events taking place around you. We only ask that you use these experiences for self-healing and self-actualization first. Once your heart has been tended to, there are two pathways to take.  

As an initial step, attune to yourself and discern if there is an action you are called to take: offer your services, lead a movement, or send money to support people already working on the ground. Scan your body, heart, and mind for any impulse to reach out. Then, follow it, if you will.

Once you have scanned for the presence of a call to action, and noted or taken appropriate steps, if any, come back to a restful place inside yourself. The next step is to send love and white or golden light to the situation. Then, visualize the outcome you most desire. And don’t just visualize it, feel it in your body as if it has already happened: Democracies have evolved into new, higher forms, with awakened, heart-centered leaders; methodologies for healing have been found and offered widespread for epidemic illnesses; and the violence in the human heart has been met, loved, and lifted out of the need for angry expression.

None of these events have been set in stone, and they are vastly determined by the collective consciousness of every person alive today. As for how long global transformation will take, you will see significant differences within the next few years, but the larger transformation may take up to 50. Please know, again, all numbers and timelines are changeable. It truly is dependent upon what you are holding in your own heart - each and every one of you - that determines the outcome here. The more you cleanse and heal and uplift your own heart, the more you take appropriate action, and the more you radiate goodness and wholeness and love, the direct impact is real and immediate and beyond that of which you can be consciously aware.   

The Earth will recover, she assures you.  

She is a living, breathing being just like everyone here, and she wants not only to survive, but to thrive and move to her next highest level of evolution. It cannot be any other way.

Will there be additional loss of life? Yes, sadly, it is most likely.

Will there be continued pollution and shifts in the ecosystems of the world as we know it? Yes, unfortunately so.

And yes, to all of the other critical issues you mention.

And yet…

We say again, where you end up will be far beyond anything you can imagine now.

When we say you will have Heaven on Earth, we mean it.

We ended our Love Note last week by saying, “Together, let’s have the next weeks be the start of something beautiful.” So yes, let’s have the next few weeks be the start of something beautiful - for yourselves first and for everyone else on Earth, including the Earth herself, as well.
