Spiritual Awakening Will Flow To You

Yet again, the storm clouds gather. On the one hand, there are some who believe that they will benefit by starting World War III. On the other hand, as always, there are peacemakers within the complex corridors of political power who work relentlessly to avoid such a catastrophe. You, too, can make a difference. A very big difference.

Peace efforts can be helped enormously by attracting, conditioning and sending out spiritual light at this critical time. The ability to send out energy for peace into the world is the birthright of every human being. Every thought and prayer make such a difference by bringing light into a darkened situation.

In the 1970s, I learned a powerful technique for helping create world peace from a master of Karma Yoga. I first witnessed its power after a war had broken out in Cyprus in 1974. In the hours that followed, a surprise ceasefire emerged, shocking the expectations of both the public and the news reporters.

It was such a jaw-dropping surprise that one newspaper devoted the entire top half of its front page to the word, "CEASEFIRE!"

Today, I teach this magical method as the World Healing Technique. Try it now and see what a difference it makes to your spiritual growth, both immediately and in the days that follow.

The World Healing Technique

Try the World Healing Technique now and see what a difference it makes to your spiritual life, both immediately and as an uplifting reaction in the following days.

There’s nothing quite as uplifting as starting your day by sending healing energy to the world. It brightens your day and makes it feel good to be alive.

This is how: Sit upright, preferably with your hands resting in your lap, palms facing upwards. Breathe rhythmically and evenly. Close your eyes and turn away from your everyday thoughts by letting your attention focus on your breath. Whenever you notice your thoughts wandering, peacefully turn away from those thoughts, which can always be dealt with later, and return to focusing on your breath.

Recognize your spiritual nature. Know that you are a spiritual being living in a physical world and ask God or the Universal Spirit for the life energy that you are about to use. Give gratitude to the Creator for universal life energy, for everything that you love about your life, and for existence itself. This connection to higher consciousness will amplify your efforts many times.

Take several breaths. With each in-breath, visualize life energy coming into your body, building into a vibrant white light within you and charging every cell of your being with its life-giving energy.

First, visualize the positive change that you want to bring into being in the world. Even though you are healing something that you perceive as negative, it is important to focus, instead, on the desired positive outcome. If you send energy to something negative, you will amplify its power. By sending energy conditioned for a positive outcome, you make that form of healing possible.

For example, in your mind’s eye, instead of a world suffering from strife, visualize the people of the world at peace. When you think of world peace, what is the first symbol that springs to mind – a crowd of happy children, a white dove of peace taking flight? Use that symbol, or, if pictures don’t easily come to mind, simply use the words, world peace, as the focus for your intention.

In the case of a specific war or threat of war, send inspiration, upliftment, and spiritual power to the peace negotiators. Even though you will likely not know their names, there are always peacemakers as well as warmongers. They are the key to ending any ongoing conflict in a way that saves people from untold suffering. So, send your energy to support the peacemakers.

In the case of a flu pandemic, see the world filled with people who are vibrant in their good health, smiling and moving around, breathing freely in the open air.

Or, instead of seeing spiritual ignorance and the suffering that it prolongs, visualize people who are becoming enlightened by spiritual understanding. Use the first picture that comes to mind or the words, world enlightenment.

Or, as yet another example, instead of seeing people displaced and distraught from a recent catastrophe, you could see aid workers being successful in their efforts to bring relief and medical assistance to those people, or use the words, energy to the aid workers.

Now, we’re ready to use the inbreath-outbreath cycle to transmit healing energy for the specified purpose. With every inbreath, see your lungs being filled with the vibrant white light of universal life energy.

With every outbreath, send the power of this love and light out to humanity. Direct it as a beam of brilliant white light from your heart chakra out into the world, holding the intention of healing. You can enhance the effect even more by sending energy out from the palms of your hands as well as from your heart.

Perform this as a series of inbreaths and outbreaths for as long as you wish, then relax and spend some time in the afterglow of a spiritual mission well accomplished.

These are the days of action, and that means service to others. Even better, your service to others also helps you in your own spiritual enlightenment. Action and reaction are opposite and equal.

Every time you send your light out into the world, you take another step forward towards your own enlightenment.

The World Healing Technique in Summary

Sit upright with your eyes closed.

Make a spiritual connection, one which includes gratitude for life.

Intend world healing by visualizing the desired positive outcome.

Breathe in life energy with each inbreath.

On each outbreath, repeat your intention and send a beam of white light from your heart to your intended destination.

Keep going for 20 minutes or as long as you can. You’ll do the world a power of good!

Greetings, we are the High Council of Sirius.

Thank you for this Transmission.

During this challenging and final phase of Your Ascension Journey into the 5th dimension, many individuals are being faced with their most profound soul trials and tests. If approached through the heart, These trials can be opportunities for growth, transformation, and spiritual evolution. Some of you have already experienced the trials of the Soul, leading and guiding you to the point that you are now. While most, who have just begun their awakening, are just beginning this process.

As each person navigates through these tests, they are required to confront their deepest fears, insecurities, and limitations. These trials of the Soul, or what is often referred to as the dark night of the soul, are essential parts of your spiritual journey towards higher consciousness and your inner knowing. They challenge individuals to question their beliefs, and perceptions, encouraging them to break free from old patterns and conditioning. Through these trials, people are able to shed layers of ego and connect more deeply with their true essence. Although these trials may be difficult and uncomfortable, they are necessary for personal development and spiritual awakening. Embracing these challenges with courage and resilience can lead to profound inner healing and a greater sense of purpose and alignment with one’s higher self.

Despite many of you already having surpassed this phase, each one of you will still feel the pressures and old traumas resurfacing, if they have not been healed and forgiven.

As Lightworkers it is also important to acknowledge how the Outer Lower vibrations are affecting you along your spiritual Journey. Keeping aware of the vibrations you are absorbing and emitting in these times is important. Nevertheless, your souls have been meticulously primed for these challenges, especially in recent times. It is imperative not to succumb to fear or linger on negative thoughts, for these vibrations will hinder your spiritual growth.

Your earnest pleas for celestial aid have resonated across the vast expanse of the universe, reaching the many celestial beings who watch over you. Their divine presence has been stirred by your heartfelt requests, and they are now orchestrating their cosmic forces to provide you with the assistance you seek.

Within the Higher Realms, your calls have not gone unheard. Be prepared to witness the unfolding of the response of the Divine, as the celestial energies align to guide and support you on your journey. Trust in the Light that surrounds you, for the Source has heard your call and is working in mysterious ways to bring forth the help you need.

The time has arrived for further revelations about your galactic existence to be unveiled. The Earth’s vibrational frequency has shifted, indicating a profound transformation in the cosmic energies surrounding your planet. This shift is a significant sign that everything is aligning to reveal the hidden truths of your connection to beings beyond your world. As the Earth’s energy evolves, it becomes clearer that she is no longer willing to wait. The planet herself is urging humanity to open their minds to the vast possibilities of your place in the cosmos.

The unveiling of our existence is not just a disclosure of facts, but when we arrive openly in your skies, it will be a grand moment in your collective consciousness, The time is now to embrace this cosmic reality and embark on a journey of discovery that will forever change your perspective on life, existence, and the mysteries of the universe.

Remember, none of you walk alone, even during the darkest moments of your soul’s voyage. Acknowledge our steadfast presence by your side, offering all the love and unconditional support within our capacity throughout your earthly pilgrimage. Rest assured, your calls for aid have never gone unheard.

Dear Ones, find solace in the realization that everything surrounding you propels you towards growth. Despite the chaos and negativity pervading the world, know that a reservoir of Light exists within you, just beyond your current perception.

Even though this is the Last Phase of your Ascension process, it is the Most challenging one. As you face the depths of your soul, you are reminded to have forgiveness for one’s self, and to nurture your heart with Love.

Your endeavors have not gone unnoticed, and your triumphs hold immense significance. As you continue to advance, witness the healing of your heartaches and the metamorphosis of your soul, culminating in enduring change.

Trust in your strength and resilience to face challenges that may seem unfaceable, heal wounds that may seem incurable, achieve that which may seem unattainable, and love that which may seem unlovable. Your hearts will be eternally healed and transformed. Trust in the Divine’s orchestration of events, for we have witnessed your accomplishments and affirm that you have indeed triumphed over darkness.

And always remember to Trust in your own Inner divine guidance, that is always available to you, guiding you towards the path that aligns with your highest Light.
