It is time again for the dredging process. The Universe can hear all the sighs as you read this, however, it is a process that needs to occur. In releasing and healing old wounds, you become better, stronger, more vital and able to conquer any challenge that comes your way. 

The longer the shift goes on, the deeper you will go until, finally, those huge hurts you have carried for so long are no longer an issue; the personal power you have been denying yourself so for so long will come to the forefront That, darling one, is a day to look forward to!

Weathering a particular storm in your life will inevitably make you a stronger, more understanding, kinder and a much more loving person.

If you always think about problems, you’ll find more problems. If you think about solutions, you’ll find more chances.

Even if something hurts now, one day you’ll see it made you stronger.

People come into your life for a reason. Either they help you, or you help them.

Don’t take things too personally. People think about themselves more than they think about you.

If you want something, just ask for it.

Everyone sees the world in their own way, and it won’t always match your view.

Rely on yourself so you don’t get disappointed.

Don’t be scared to try new things.

You grow when you fix your mistakes instead of blaming others.

To love yourself, you must accept everything that made you who you are.
