Today there is a deeper need for grounded refinement as the incoming energies urge us to be practivatl and focused.  Emotions can be heightened this week and awareness of our feelings is important.  However, slow and steady will enable us to remain present and responsive rather than reactive.  

With each sunrise life offers you the opportunity to begin again.  To shed old habits and beliefs, pain and fears, and embrace life in all its wondrous expressions.  Illusions may be shattering and uncertainty the norm and yet, this is an incredible time of expansion and growth where you can overcome your fears and welcome the mystery of how life is unfolding for you.  Choose to see all that you are experiencing through the eyes of faith and trust no matter what the current conditions of the world reflect.

As we continue to process the energies of the Full Moon there is both a sense of excitement and exhaustion.  This can feel confusing as part of us wants to move, to rush forward, and yet, the body needs time to catch up, needs space to integrate.  Internally we are preparing to grow, to further expand, and the energies are pushing us to explore what lies outside of our comfort zone.  

Currently we are being urged to settle into the here and now.  To allow our perspective to broaden and to view what is needed and necessary for our next step.  As you move into the weekend take a moment to reflect and assess.  There are whispers of faith, hope, and light returning generating a new trust in life which will help us to be kinder, gentler and more in tune with the healing and rest that is needed.  Let yourself feel it.

We are moving through a profound evolutionary process that is shifting us from away and out of our former self and into a new self.  Life demands movement and growth and as such, we cannot stay where we are and with what we have always had or known.  As a result, being mindful of the natural flow, the ebb and flow of events, is crucial.  Attaching to the past or to the future and its potentials will only generate confusion and keep us stuck. 

As the energies of yesterday's Full Moon continue to settle you will find the inner pull to learn, to grow, to explore and move beyond the comfort and safety of what you know shifting.  Allow yourself to observe how the blending of the deeper understanding you have gained, and the intuitive wisdom you now hold, is expanding your perspective and your view of yourself, your life and the journey you are on.

The shift in consciousness asks us to continually surrender until the old paradigm dissolves and its energy is released.  This requires a consistent deepening into our stories to discover what prevents us from seeing the truth in our situations and circumstances.  Fears, attachments and expectations often cloud our capacity to see what lies beneath the surface of all that we experience, blocking our ability to fully embrace the changes that are being called for. 

With today's Full Moon you are being urged to say yes to the unknown, to accept what is being offered and to break free from the limited cause and effect thinking.  You are being invited to let go of the past and to choose to step into your life and all that is possible now.  You have the opportunity to to shift your perspective and experience a profound breakthrough in understanding, but only if you are willing to let go of old narratives, outdated beliefs and attachements to what has been.  The lens through which you view life is changing. Allow yourself to let go of what you think you know and feel certain about.  Expand beyond your comfort zone and move towards what has been unexplored and is unfamiliar.  See where you are still clinging to what is no longer relevant and allow your view of life to change.

With Jupter's move into Cancer and the build up of energy for tomorrow's Full Moon we are bieng encouraged to retrieve and restore our energy and enthusiasm.  This may seem difficult in a world that seems to have been turned upside down.  In may respects it has, and yet, despite outward appearances all the chaos, turmoil and confusion has value and holds purpose.  We can see it if we allow ourselves to remain neutral to it.  That means no judgments, no attachments, and no expectations.  There is a profound strength in neutrality.  It is not about disengagement or indifference, but about maintaining clarity, balance and perspective when everything around you seems to be unraveling.  Neutrality is not a lack of feeling but a mastery over emotional reactivity.  It's the ability to observe what is happening without becoming it.  It is what enables us to respond, rather than react.  

You are neither made or defined by the story of your life.  It is only when you become attached to it and to the experience of it, that it becomes all consuming and your identity.  So much of what has caused pain has and is being healed.  So much of waht has kept you stuck and stagnant has and is being released.  By recognizing just how far you have overcome and survived, even though you thought you wouldn't, enables you to see the value of all that is and has been.  With acceptance and acknowledgment neutrality is easier to achieve and then gives you the ability to begin building a new sense of trust in life.  Take a moment today to recognize how far you have come and ready yourself to release and discard the habits, patterns and aspects of yourself that are no longer needed for the journey ahead.

Currently, you are being supported in closing chapters and stepping forward with renewed insight and purpose.  Give yourself space today to honour and recognize what is ending, especially the emotional cycles and beliefs that no longer align.  Prioritize grounding, deep breaths and connecting with nature to stabilize your energy.  Breakthrough and the release of what no longer serves you is possible if you can trust where you are being guided even if the path isn't clear yet.

As you move through today and into the coming weekend, you may feel a pull between your desires and responsibilities.  Despite this pull, it is essential that you listen to your inner voice to discern what truly serves your path.  This is a moment to really recognize what life has given to you and thus build trus in the continuing flow of life even if the destination or purpose isn't yet clear.  Use the weekend to reflect on and embrace all that you have received.

The ego seeks familiarity, comfort and what is known.  The soul yearns for growth and expansion encouraging us to embrace change and step into the unkown.  By observing our thoughts and reactions, without judgment, we can discern whether what we are focusing on or intending stems from egoic fear or our soul's guidance.  

The energy today can stir up feelings of restlessness and the urge to act impulsively.  You are reminded of the need to take a moment to pause, breathe and ensure that whatever choices you make or actions you take are aligned with your soul.  Be mindful that the needs of the ego and the needs of the soul are often opposing forces that can create both inner and outer conflict.  Allow yourself to be guided by the rhythm of what is really essential to your life now.

The energy of 2025 is accelerating the dissolution of the old, all that no longer serves humanity's growth and evolution.  Cycles are ending and we are being encouraged to leave the past behind while preparing for a new chapter in our lives. For many this is a confusing and chaotic time as what has been stable and secure no longer is.  We are being urged to learn to navigate this time with faith and to trust in the natural unfolding of the cycles of life.  To dream a new story into being and embrace the natural order of life - birth, death and rebirth.  

Currently, you are being offered the opportunity to shed and to heal aspects of your life that you have outgrown.  Bear witness to what has been, honour all that has transpired, and embrace the lessons you have received.  Then you can allow the form of your dreams and soul desires to show up for you.  Remember that you are here to expereince life for the experience itself rather than the outcome.  Resist the urge to be defined by or attached to your experiences.  Be in the world but not of it.

June promises to be a month where emotional growth and inner work are a theme.  The incoming energies are working to suppot us in gaining a deeper awareness of our inner needs and our emotional world.  This awareness is essential as it gives us the ability to truly discern and perceive the choices and decisions we are being called to make.  Being able to recognise where we are falling into old patterns, or allowing old emotional triggers to influence us, helps us to make better choices and take more constructive action.  

As we move deeper into the unknown your inner ability discern your path and your next step is key.  You can no longer rely on what has been and must now create the path you are to follow.  Being present, conscious and energetically clear is what will enable you to use your wisdom and power effectively.  Be mindful of the need to pause and observe before making choices or taking action.  The incoming energies are asking you to prioritize intropsection and inner work to deeper your receptivity, alignment and awareness of what is possible now.
