Hello Beautiful Soul!

We are coming out the other side of the massive awakening that occurred in April, along with a rising of our personal energy signature to a higher level. Individuation, rebirthing and soul expansion are occurring as we flow into May’s Ascension Energies!

This month focuses on the activation of our 11th chakra, so that we can integrate new skill sets and soul expansion into our daily lives via our 1st or Root chakra. We are in a more radical Ascension process going forward, as the old stories, our soul memories, that once held us back are releasing, the chains are now broken and inner autonomy is allowing us to move forward to the next level of our Soul Pathwork!

The 3 archetypes that we are embodying in May are the Earth Mother, The Shaman and the Sorcerer/Sorceress. All 3 are helping us shed fear and victim mentality, thus allowing freedom from self-imposed limitations so that we can stand in the power of who we are and why we are here without questioning.

As our spiritual nature grows going forward, we are being asked to allow this expansion of the Higher Self potential to integrate into the soulful, everyday present moment. This means listening for higher guidance, digging into our truth, and our sense of where we need to be, while holding the overall vision for the New Earth and our dreams without wavering. Alignment initiated by cosmic events will happen all month to support our soul expansion and unfolding of our specific Divine Blueprint.

The universe has a plan, so let go of control, allow change, galvanize your inner knowing, stay committed to your higher purpose and growth – and watch your life unfold!

April 2025 Ascension Update

Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running! Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic gateway/portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world. As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!

It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain. There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self. The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency.

The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self worth, authentic self, and balanced power. It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded, anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty.

Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change. To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.  

The two archetypes that are assisting us this month in metabolizing this tremendous DNA upgrade are in our Throat Chakra (5th) and are the Prophet and the Muse. These two archetypes assist embodiment via the Ascension chakra (Zeal Point chakra) that is located where the back of the skull meets the base of the neck (More about this in my video).

The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity – to honour your own capacity to create; to share your creative expression with others and connect to the source of our own creativity. It also supports your to express your needs and true feelings, feel heard, while attuning to universal truth to guide you.

The Muse will activate the new frequency you are vibrating at to fuse together your creativity, soulfulness and spirituality, taking it to a whole new level, allowing you to shine and step more fully into your sense of purpose at this time on our planet. You are needed to be a Creator – to throw off the shackles of fear, illusion, disillusionment, paranoia, addiction and destruction  – and breathe life into creating a New World era.

Overall, April’s Ascension energies bring in a higher level of consciousness, and downloading of spiritual insight and messages to get us back on track again, to manifest the authenticity that is our divine nature, and creatively express ourselves in a way that honours and empowers the spiritual self.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

Get ready for a timeline jump! December’s Energies support us to move beyond our deepest wounding, grief, and shadow to experience soul level clarity. This month we are stretching to a higher level of belief in who we are, and why we are here. Knowing our worth and speaking our needs, embracing greater sovereignty, and empowerment, along with greater responsibility and accountability. Going beyond what we thought we were able to be and endure, so that we understand how to use our power in a balanced and wise way. And find our own sense of comfort and stability inside ourselves in times that feel unsafe and unstable.

2024 has been a year that highlighted and dismantled anything no longer aligned with our growth so that we could begin to build a solid soulful footing for ourselves, as well as continue to develop our personal power and spiritual prowess. Ascension energies and earthly challenges assisted us to connect to our own guiding light, our inner knowing, and find a deeper understanding of ourselves (the good, bad and ugly) and our place in the world. It has not been a comfortable process and required showing up with profound inner strength, resilience and courage.

2024 required us to look at what we fear most, to face it, and wholeheartedly embrace it. Through intense purification in the last two months of October and November, we galvanised the lessons we are here to learn as a soul, ending karmic patterning and repetition of self sabotaging history. Through this we also became more sensitive, and attuned to the world around us.

December is the final month of purification and solidifying the year’s learning. We are doing this by activating our 10th or Gold Star chakra, so that it vibrates at a higher frequency, and creates Soul Expansion. The 10th or Gold Star chakra, is located above the head (after the 9th chakra) and when activated allows us to move to a new level of soul expansion by dissolving energy blockages, so that we can access the free flow of energy between all chakras and experience soul-level clarity in our healing. This means therefore that you will be going through more purification either physically, mentally and emotionally. The last of the past, the last of the residue.

As we purify via this chakra we link the earthly heart to our cosmic heart, and are able to identify wise action and connect with our true soul needs. In doing so through connecting with our Gold Star we bridge the energies of the 3rd and 7th chakras to be clear and confident in our decision making. This allows us to tap into our Divine Blueprint and hone in on our next level of service and path forward. We are able to find the courage and confidence to continue on our journey, as well as the inner harmony and positivity to move forward.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

As we transition from October into the darkest part of the year, we also deepen our connection with the unseen spiritual realm, and the Underworld. We stand on a threshold of change in the human mind as cosmic forces continue to shift our sense of reality and release illusion.

The Underworld has many aspects to it such as:

*The unconscious: The unconscious mind where archetypal and instinctual knowledge reside.

*Dreams: our dreaming life, and the images and shadows of the dark side of the soul.

*Myths and stories: The underworld can be connected to myths and stories of the underworld, and the gods/goddesses and figures of death.

*Those that have crossed over: The underworld can represent the dead, and is an opportunity to commune with our ancestors to receive guidance. As well we connect to otherworldly beings more easily.

*Disowned parts of the self: The underworld can symbolize disowned and exiled parts of the self – the shadow bits we do not wish to see.

*True redemptions: The underworld can symbolize true redemptions, healing recoveries, and new life.

All of these parts of the Underworld depend on us successfully navigating the Shadow World, and allows us the opportunity to channel higher information and guidance, experience mysticism/mediumship, and achieve heightened alter states.

During November we descend into the Underworld and are challenged to confront our fears, embrace our shadow selves, and find inner strength in transformation. As we navigate this path, it allows us to break cycles of trauma, karmic residue, conditioning, and emotional repression, so that we can cultivate a deeper relationship with the Self and anchor in a sense of soulful purpose. We are called to new beginnings without any hint of the past on all levels of reality.

The Enchanter / Enchantress is the archetype that supports us as we descend and ascend  in underworld journeys;  where our ego-consciousness contacts the unconscious, and where we learn to endure and transform the dark moments of human life. This archetype is connected with the 8th chakra, the Rainbow portal to multi-dimensional reality, and is the guardian for Universal Truth.

The Enchanter / Enchantress encompasses the integration of the lower chakras, and earthly realms, with the higher vibrating dimensions to allow us to live in multidimensional realities. Embodying this archetype aids you in attuning to the higher messages about the changes you need to make in your life via spiritual wisdom.

This archetype assists you to be fully feeling and integrate multi-dimensional consciousness with grace and surrender. In doing so, you will reclaim your power, courage, and responsibility in service to the higher good.

Without being connected to the 8th chakra and this archetype you engage in the negative shadow of The Tempter/Temptress (see my video for more)

 During this growing dark time of chaos, instability and uncertainty, successfully navigating the Underworld in November is key to not only our sanity and individual ascension but is the gateway to the next phase of the New Earth paradigm.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

Great change is upon us and October will not disappoint with MANY celestial gateways and transmuting energies to propel us forward on our evolutionary path! An eclipse, comet, meteor showers and Super Full Moon along with other important portals/gateways are fueling our rebirth and calling us to our destiny.

This month we are able to heighten our inner knowing, our psychic clarity and intuition with these supportive, benevolent energies. As we do this we have the ability to fully respond to outside experiences (even if chaotic or fearful) with greater clarity, deeper heart listening and connection to our soul’s needs. Building on September’s breakthroughs in authentic truth, inner freedom and healthier sense of self-esteem, we now move into October to build on our intuition, creativity, and imagination to bring about alchemical, psychospiritual transformation and change.

Our sixth chakra, brow area, will clear/expand/rewire this month, giving us the opportunity to sidestep the ego, and open up our vibrational field to the universal energy field to receive psychic and intuitive information to support our path forward.

As well, our 9th Blue Star chakra will activate at higher frequencies engaging us in divine karmic freedom, thus allowing new opportunities/supportive people/places that align with our divine blueprint.

Our soul and body will fill with more Light, raising our vibration and moving us into this new timeline more rapidly.

The two, 6th chakra archetypes to assist us in October are The Sage and The Alchemist. The Sage supports us to make personal decisions with clarity, purpose and intuitive insight. This releases us from confusion, depression, memory loss, mental busyness/congestion and personal stagnation. The Alchemist assures transformation of the inner Self when we embrace our life experiences as a means for ascension and self mastery, NOT for the fear-based or exulted behaviour of the ego. This archetype encompasses the deep understanding that we have the inner power to change our current, personal reality, by shedding the victim and being accountable and responsible, while bringing about the changes that are necessary as we courageously release the old.

Embodying these two archetypes will support us, and ground us, to live with more purpose, harmony and balance during this very fragile and chaotic time in the world.
