As we continue to process the energies of the Full Moon there is both a sense of excitement and exhaustion. This can feel confusing as part of us wants to move, to rush forward, and yet, the body needs time to catch up, needs space to integrate. Internally we are preparing to grow, to further expand, and the energies are pushing us to explore what lies outside of our comfort zone.
Currently we are being urged to settle into the here and now. To allow our perspective to broaden and to view what is needed and necessary for our next step. As you move into the weekend take a moment to reflect and assess. There are whispers of faith, hope, and light returning generating a new trust in life which will help us to be kinder, gentler and more in tune with the healing and rest that is needed. Let yourself feel it.
