During this time, it is important to remember your compassion… …for everyone! The large stones being thrown are affecting, and will continue to affect, the mass consciousness for a great while. 

The ripples of current events and thought patterns will continue to spread for far longer than any of you will be alive. 

Stay focused on/keep breathing in love, stay centered in your heart and know that positive change will come from challenging moments.

My dear child, some of the most challenging moments result in the deepest understanding of human nature. Changes are happening so quickly that some are have issues adjusting. 

Those without firm foundations will often lash out, repeat destructive patterns and emotionally hurt others. If you see or happen to be a target, take a breath and step back. State your boundaries lovingly and firmly then ask for The Universe’s perspective. 

This may be challenging while you are in that moment but, it can be done.
