You have changed. The work has been done, the changes made and yet, some things persist! It can be frustrating, disappointing, infuriating even. You ask The Universe, “Why does this keep happening?!

I’ve cleared it, I’ve worked this into the ground!” Well, dearest one, take a moment and think about it. Is it really cleared? Perhaps that one thing has kept you safe or from being bored for a very long time. 

What would you do without it?! It drives, it motivates, it makes you feel useful. Why would you choose to release something that does so much for you? Here is a little hint; the very moment you choose to let go of it, the moment you refuse to let it take up any more of your brain space is the moment it is gone for good. 

The Universe has already done its job of transforming it to love and light for you, now it is your turn to do the rest.

Please be aware that many, many things that you have held down are coming up to be released.  It may not be pleasant or easy and, to some, this may feel a bit like torture, but it needs to be released!  

Simply put, a shaken bottle can only hold pressure for so long.  Allowing the process to follow its natural course will guide you to deeper areas of needed release.  It may feel as if it will go on forever but, there is a conclusion, dear one.  

All the space left open will be filled with the Unconditional Love of The Universe and a new lightness of being will become a part of you.  The one thing you have to do to achieve this?  

Start!

Your Earth-plane existence is and always will be dictated by what you draw in and allow. If you choose to be put down, trodden up and otherwise disrespected, it is yours. If, on the other hand, if you choose to be respected and admired for who you are (not what you have), that experience will be yours.

A challenge for you today: take time and really look at what you experience in an average day. What would you change? With that held firmly in mind, move one thought toward the positive. You have, and always have had, the power to change everything.

It is time again for the dredging process. The Universe can hear all the sighs as you read this, however, it is a process that needs to occur. In releasing and healing old wounds, you become better, stronger, more vital and able to conquer any challenge that comes your way. 

The longer the shift goes on, the deeper you will go until, finally, those huge hurts you have carried for so long are no longer an issue; the personal power you have been denying yourself so for so long will come to the forefront That, darling one, is a day to look forward to!

As you move through your year, you may be reminded of a few simple things…

Trust can be much easier than you thought. Introducing yourself to the belief that it is okay to trust yourself and The Universe will be a huge step forward.

Fear has no place in the next phase. Fear keeps you frozen, stuck, unmoving and unyielding when flowing and discovering your new skills is the order of the day.

It is perfectly okay to not know what is going to happen. You may hate surprises, but The Universe is always offering beautiful opportunities where you believe none exist. Each moment of your existence is a joyous wonder!

Now that you are walking your spiritual path, wishing to go back or to stop altogether is no longer an option. You are learning and growing. There is no greater gift!

Unconditional Love is the greatest force of all. If you are ever in doubt, ask for Unconditional Love. If you do not know what your next step should be, ask for Unconditional Love. If you are having a challenging time, ask for Unconditional Love. It is free, there is an infinite supply, and you cannot wear it out!

You are beautiful. You are unique; there will never be another like you. Embrace your whole self and know that all will be well.

There will be many things attempting to pull you in many directions as a distraction from your growth. You can choose to allow the distractions or continue your path as planned. 

Many of the old things and old ways are very tempting because they are comfortable and safe. Stepping away from comforting people, places or things may leave you feeling isolated and lonely. 

Do not be afraid of this, dear one. This is when your deepest learning happens. Your year will be filled with many opportunities for learning and the progression of that learning is completely up to you. 

Free will has, and always will be, yours.
