Black dot or white area?

JJK: In preparation for the upcoming two light readings, on May 31 and June 1, 2025, I was looking for a large white sheet of paper today. From what I remember, it's about this story I read online:

A professor drew a black dot on a blank white page of his students' notebooks. "Please write down what you can see!" the teacher instructed his class.

The students began to work on it.

At the end, the professor collected all the answers and found that each student had described the black dot—its position, size, structure, and so on.

The professor smiled and said:

"Everyone has described the black dot, but no essay has said anything about the much larger white part of the paper. Take this as a metaphor for life, because life is a blank sheet of paper, and it is up to us what we make of it. Instead of always focusing on the dark spots, we should enjoy life, experience it as a gift that we should bless with love and mindfulness.

There's always a good reason to say YES to life and not focus on the dark, the bad, the things that cause fear. Seeing the bright side means perceiving nature, appreciating friends and family, enjoying our work, and learning to see the wonders that come our way every day. Too often, we only see what's missing: health problems, lack of money, social upheaval, disappointments in relationships, unfulfilled expectations, etc.

What we see is our life—either with a clear mind, or we tend to paint a bleak picture, and our minds become clouded. Look at the white paper; only then will the black dot shrink. Look at what nourishes you; only then will the fulfilling moments multiply, and happiness be born.

The black dot is there, but it's up to you how big you make it by directing your attention toward it or away from it," the professor concluded.

Deep in this image, I drove today to the small town near our market town to buy the right drawing paper for the black dot at the Libro market. When I couldn't find it right away, the saleswoman expertly came to my aid.

Even though she was alone in the store and there were other customers waiting to be served besides me, the salesperson was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and patient. I was completely surprised to meet such a positive, empathetic person here.

After I found what I was looking for, I thanked her with the words: "You are so friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. Thank you, because that's very rare!" The woman replied: "Because I enjoy doing this, and there are reasons for that!"

I looked at her questioningly as she replied, "In 2022, my 17-year-old son died suddenly, and this is my therapy: interacting and talking positively with clients."

On the return journey, I realized that this situation perfectly reflects the theme of the black dot and the white sheet of paper. Despite this incredible loss, this woman has found her way back to life and is trying to see the light and the beauty. She could have sunk into a "black hole" and perished, but she chose otherwise.

The black dot is there, but life—and life continues—is lived on the white page, where the joy of life exists, where the meaning of life is not lost. An obvious reflection of this theme and a wonderful encounter in the stationery store...

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: Everything that is, is through man. Nothing exists in isolation; everything is subject to your observation, your judgment, your attention, and your love.

Life can be lived in both directions: darkly or lightly "aspected." Wherever you direct your attention becomes reality and is what you call your life.

JJK: This example seems drastic to me, when a person suffers such a stroke of fate and then faces and dedicates themselves to continuing their life in this way. A great soul can do that. The question that now arises for me is:

Do we humans shape reality solely through our attention or are there other influences that also play a role?

How do we shape our reality?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: A person's negative fears or positive expectations, if they constitute more than 50% of their daily consciousness, become reality. It's not what you think, feel, or say once, twice, or three times that becomes reality; rather, the thoughts and emotions you constantly carry within you ultimately have an impact. In this way, each person creates their own reality and helps shape the reality of the collective consciousness of humanity.

JJK: Are there exceptions? By that, can negative events also befall people whose fundamental orientation is positive?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: Karmic backgrounds, souls who are at the beginning of the dark "aspected game" on Earth, people who cannot listen to their inner voice and therefore find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, and people who can only awaken and open their hearts through certain events. The latter is defined by prenatal agreements.

Nothing happens without a reason. Everything is underpinned by a cosmic overarching guidance, and everything emerges from a greater plan.

JJK: Does that mean that the key lies in how a person reacts to a situation — whether they overcome the test or whether they are crushed by it? Many people face incredible blows of fate?

What does man need?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: It depends on which lesson a person has chosen for his life, and it depends on the extent to which a person is ready to step out of the negative programming.

What does a soul need to grow? What does a heart need to love? What does a person need to live? Life gives you an answer to this question every day of your life. Dealing with it demonstrates your maturity. Accepting what is and helping to shape it in the light—that is the path of those who are awaited by GOD.

JJK: I've rarely met such a positive person with a fresh wound as this woman in the paper shop. Her vibration was also so enlightened, loving, and a quiet joy emanated from her.

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: Mastery on Earth is to recognize the gifts of life, even if they are not recognizable as gifts at first glance.

What does GOD have in mind for you, and what kind of life have you planned for yourself? There's a profound meaning in a life that ends suddenly and, from one day to the next, the lives of those affected on earth change fatefully. Embraced in the grace of GOD, sustained by HIS LIGHT, cared for by ANGELS FROM BEING, no one is ever alone with their worries and fears.

Observance and disregard

JJK: Seeing the black dot, but allowing it to shrink by withdrawing attention—that means seeing the problems in the world, but not amplifying them with one's own fears. That means perceiving the negative without feeding it with one's own negativity. That means facing the good, the true, and the beautiful, and withdrawing the energy from evil by ignoring it?

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: To pay attention to the negative – without amplifying it or giving it more space!

Ignoring is only possible if you are not affected by it. As soon as you are caught up in certain circumstances, life demands a response and your heart demands the necessary impulses to continue living and growing. Notice what is, and live what you are!

Dear Jahn, dear team!

I have a good question for the spirit world:

I received a rich, long-standing spiritual training—first shamanic, then through many meditations and medicine wheel ceremonies with a wonderful Swiss teacher who is close to nature. From her, I also learned the long-standing Buddhist practice of Red Tara.

Then I went through the 48 steps to awakening at the Kryon School in Rosenheim and spent meditation and mantra evenings with many groups, etc. And yet I end up back at myself again and again, in my recurring depressions that wash over my life like tsunamis and repeatedly plunge me into the same existential threat - months of the most inglorious resistance and fear, at the end of which I feel like I have built nothing in my life and am back at square one at the age of 16.

During the last depressive episode, my greatest challenge, which I was unable to overcome with distinction, was the all too understandable resistance to the new valley of tears, the further dark night of the soul – with suicidal thoughts and all the trimmings.

What do I do with this resistance to having to go through such a phase again?

How on earth do I manage to keep my light shining when I'm ridden with these fears and depressions?

When I'm afraid to go to bed at night because another unbearable day lies ahead of me and I can't maintain the long-learned trust in my light - can't stop the destructive cycles of thought... I feel helpless, small and immature like I was at 16, as if I had never received any inner training.

What do I do with this naked resistance? No, I never want to go back to this valley because it's tearing me apart!

What do I do with this naked experience of pain, when EVERYTHING resists letting my soul spin again on this inner carousel of destruction, and I can only watch as my self ages by years in the vortex of fear, and I can't hold on to love. Even though I know this is all my inner, self-created hell that I can't stop, and yet I know that I'm no one's victim...

I sincerely ask for answers from the spiritual teachers and angels I can sometimes sense so clearly. I ask for guidance that will help me better see where the path leads and how I can better apply my lessons when it comes again—someday.

How can I learn discipline when every day seems to consist only of an effort of will to somehow keep living.

I know I have a lot of help from human angels who are helping me along and extending a hand for me to take. But the experience of failure is so intense that sometimes I just want to disappear. What do I do with my Shiatsu practice? Can I keep it going? Or should I just keep a job and quit the practice? The spirit world has thrown everything at my feet for Shiatsu: training, practice, etc.

But I can't keep my client base because I keep collapsing into depression...

There must be a prospect of a life worth living for myself, too, otherwise it will no longer mobilize any strength for me.

Oh, how wonderful it would be to be able to classify and understand this, to escape the consciousness of eternal failure…

Even if some things don't go optimally or according to plan, the sum total of all the efforts of people who live with a pure heart is always a great gain for humanity. On our side of life, the consideration of success and failure is subject solely to the inner intention of a being. No person is measured by visible success; each person is measured by their intentions. That is why so many people will return safely to the light.

Transformation in a New Dimension

Dearest Jahn,

I am with you now, I am with you every day!

Heaven is opening its gates. Everything is regulating itself and beginning to settle down. In both large and small ways, divine order is prevailing, and the divine order is: truthfulness. Today, it is my duty to point out two areas in the new dynamic in the transformation process on Earth.

a.) People are encountering their own unredeemed images in a profoundly healing way.

Those who are willing to step out of their comfort zone now have this unique opportunity to reach the healing shore of light in an even shorter time than previously possible.

The transformation of all people who continue to contribute to life on this Earth and ensure the growth that is now imminent is now reaching these new standards, and the grace of God is working deeply into human souls.

Many lives have been lived!

b.) Many, very many people will leave this earth in the near future. They have reached their level of understanding and will not transcend certain boundaries they have set around their consciousness. At the same time, many of these people will have fulfilled their earthly tasks, implemented their life plans, and acted out the blueprints. These people will be welcomed into Heaven with honor, joy, and in the light of GOD.

It is always a miracle to experience boundless love in the light of GOD after a largely loveless earthly life—and most people are granted this, albeit sometimes only after a detour.

JJK: That means, especially people who have reached their seniority will now return?

HANNELORE: Those who have reached their seniority and those who have fulfilled their life's tasks—or who can no longer live them to the end. Just as I found my way back to the light, when everything was done, other people from your immediate environment will now embark on this journey.

EVERYONE is taken care of; no one will be stranded in dark realms. Our families of light have met on Earth.

Even if some have missed their goal and were unable to land on their soul's plan, they are lovingly welcomed by our family of light and inspired to further insights.

No one gets lost or loses themselves when the redeemed souls of an ancestral line turn to the unredeemed souls with all their love.

JJK: On the one hand, I often have the feeling that I'm being reborn as a human being and that my cycle of incarnation is far from complete. On the other hand, I then have the impression that something has changed or shifted. It will be different than before!?

HANNELORE: You remain deeply connected to the Earth and humanity. When I was on Earth, I wanted nothing to do with a renewed human existence. Today, I see it with completely different eyes.

It's true: Every soul who sincerely believed they were doing the right thing, even if they often did the wrong thing, is received into GOD'S grace. Please don't worry, the Light is all-powerful and GOD is all-merciful.

JJK: Strange. A severe thunderstorm just appeared! It seemed somewhat threatening, especially since our area can be hit by very severe storms. I went to my room and visualized that only the rain would remain, but that any hail or other pollution would dissipate. Five minutes later, everything calmed down, which is kind of amazing. Does that have something to do with it?

HANNELORE: Everything has an effect! When disaster approaches, you can avert it. By asking heavenly powers or through your own decrees and visualizations.

More and more people are becoming aware of their power today, and they think of it at the right moment.

JJK: As I sat down to dictate today, I felt that LADY NADA would contact you with a message for world peace. I really wasn't expecting you today 😉 But then, all of a sudden, you were there...

HANNELORE: The light and the messengers of the light are omnipresent. Who contacts you and when is determined by the message that is to be conveyed at a specific time. Your work is based on your willingness to open yourself to the luminous being; everything else happens automatically and through you.

In a wonderful way

The order of the day is to no longer close oneself off to inner transformation, but to surrender to this process with joy – because whoever clings to the old life will lose it.

Beloved people,

A veritable flood of new, inspiring thoughts and possibilities is reaching people's consciousness. The unthinkable is suddenly conceived; the unimaginable suddenly becomes normal and miraculous, part of everyday human life. Humans are developing new abilities and rising to the divine. At the same time, humanity as a whole is unfolding its power, leaving the dark princes of cold light no choice, for where there is nothing left for them to gain, their presence makes no sense.

Instead of bringing about a decision in epic battles on the battlefield, victory is achieved over the dark structures in the hearts of individuals.

The triumph of light over darkness is only possible because each individual illuminates his heart and soul with the light of GOD.

There is only one way to GOD: to ascend from your heart and arrive at GOD via the bridge of the soul.

Therefore, in the future, you must pay the greatest attention to cleansing and healing your heart.

By angelic hand

Much is being done by angelic hands, meaning that people who have given their consent to transformation on a soul level are now receiving the greatest support so that they can gain clarity and absorb the truth. Angelic hands cannot be of any service to those who continue to lose themselves in the dense play of the Earth or who want to sacrifice themselves, as their painful destiny has yet to be fulfilled.

From two kinds of people

So today we are experiencing two things:

1.) People who live in inner harmony and outer consonance, people who embody a harmonious whole and who have arrived in the kingdom of peace, people for whom life is a celebration and days a joy.

2.) Then there are the people who develop the feeling of getting closer and closer to an abyss and for whom every day represents a challenge that they feel unable to cope with, as if they only have the choice between life or death. 

So it happens that many people say they have chosen the light and the conversion on a soul level, yet life remains sad and lows dominate their daily lives. Nothing of what the light-filled messages, the hopeful announcements, and the high-vibrational transmissions say applies to my life!

What is the answer and what are these people missing?

The greatest illusion

You may have made the decision for the light, but the garbage of your accumulated history of many lifetimes still stands in your way. You've neglected your daily homework, you flee from your own truth as soon as it reaches you, and your substitute: You drown all your deficiencies in light and love, thus succumbing to the greatest illusion.

Your longing for truth and love can only be satisfied when you are ready to encounter yourself and address what truly lies hidden within you. This is why transformation work is essential, because many say, "Lord, here I am!" This is lip service – because as soon as the divine light illuminates the shadows, they flee and no longer know GOD.

Examine yourself!

Beloved human being!

Examine yourself before you lament before God or the angels. For no one can take away your suffering as long as you persist in it out of fear of your own light.

But those who have no knowledge or understanding of current spiritual developments continue to do what they do until they reach their limits, until a light dawns on them and they are ready to repent. Many people remain untouched by the ascension and unreached by the light of God. In this way, people live next door to each other and can still be universes apart.

Such are these days: God knocks at your door and intervenes in your life when you least expect Him. So be ready at all times to receive God's blessing.
