Jesus: “Do not carry all the weight by yourself. I am here to make your burden lighter.

“There are so many things you care about, so many things you want to achieve and ever so many goals you desire to reach. I am here today to remind you that you are not alone in your journey on this Earth. I decided to come to this world to experience firsthand the true nature of human beings. That’s why I know how you feel. I knew you before you came here, I know you now and I will know you forever.

“Let go therefore of the burden that tires you and place it on me. I will help you carry it.

“When you learn to do so, when you learn to trust in My help and when you realize My living presence on Earth and in your life, the joy will invade your heart as will the certainty that everything that happens is well planned for your growth and evolution.

“Open your arms and receive all My love. Receive all My blessings. Let My love and help reach you. Live your truth, which is having Me with you and in you, always. That is the truth that will make you free from suffering and pain, anguish and resentment.

“If you accept My truth as your truth, you will see your life in a different color and joy will fill your days.

“Do not suffer any longer. Do not worry any more. I am here to walk beside you. You will constantly enjoy the path you took in your time on earth.

“I am here with you. Feel My presence. Live in My love, in My care and under My protection.”

Thought Adjuster: “Quiet your mind. Calm this sea of thoughts that confuses and overwhelms you, distracting and oppressing you. Stop. Restrain them. Stay in silence.

“Only in the silence of your mind, you can hear me. Only when you let go of the sea of busyness and concerns that shake your life can you realize my Love beyond measure that is always available to you. Only then can you clearly see My guidance and protection, when you see with the eyes of love, My love, and not with the eyes of fear and worry.

“Make your life an experience of God, for that is what it is. Many people have simply forgotten this, they have given priority to solving worldly issues, they have forgotten that their purpose on Earth is to actually manifest God in their daily lives. That is the objective, the purpose, the why and the what for.

“Many people need to remember this, and you can help Me in this task. Be aware of all the people who come across your path every day. See them with the Love of God, and give them the Love of God. Do it with compassion, tenderly, carefully and patiently. Let My Light on you enlighten their hearts and their lives. Then there will be increasingly more people living in Love and Light, and less living in pain, hate and resentment. Be the messenger of the Light, and bring testimony of My Love.

“Receive all My Love, here and now and until eternity.”

Thought Adjuster: “Nowadays people seem to need to connect to the internet just to survive. If they don’t have a phone or computer with internet, they feel really out of order — out of everything. What they do not realize is that they are missing the most important connection: the connection with God.

“This connection can give them more information than any Internet search engine. This connection can give them more peace and joy than Facebook. But it’s necessary that people seek to stay connected. The wonder is that wherever you are, you can ‘find a signal’. It’s enough to want to do it, to find a few moments of silence, and God will always be there to answer you.

“If today you are uncertain about any situation, if you feel sad, if the load is too much, seek where all the answers are, seek where you will find peace and comfort, seek where you will find love and understanding, seek where there is infinite wisdom: seek God.

“He is available to you at all times, because He lives in you. Just close your eyes, quiet your mind, be aware. He is there.”

Thought Adjuster: “Every day you have the opportunity to make yourself a new and better person. That’s a gift the Father has given you.

“Every morning when you wake up, you are presented with this new gift: a new day. It is a new opportunity to ‘design’ the person you want to be. What happened yesterday and before yesterday you cannot change. However, you can take it for granted that you can personally define your own version of you for today.

“Renew each day. Surprise yourself with the change. Do not expect others to change, for that is up to them. Do not try to change them as that will be a useless and senseless struggle.

“Renew yourself, change yourself and transform yourself.

“Each morning upon awakening, characterize the person you want to be and ask for My Light and the presence of the Spirit in your heart, so you can become that person you want to be.

“Change little things every day. Modify a thought, an action or a word. Each day you can make small changes — changes that will endure.

“Then, slowly you will become closer to resembling the person you wish to be.

“I am with you at all times. Cheer up, renew yourself each day! Be a new person, always better than you were before.”
