Dear friend,

We have so much to catch up on, so let’s dive right in.

The Magic of Alignment

May will offer us an invitation to remember the magic that happens when we come into true alignment with ourselves, with the Earth, and with Life itself.

After months of feeling like we’ve been tossed around in an energetic wind storm, there’s a stabilizing presence emerging now that gently encourages us to root ourselves in what’s real, what’s nourishing, and what really matters.

This month, synchronistic blessings are whispering to us more than ever before, nudging us to look up, look within, and pay attention to the invisible threads weaving everything together.

You may notice moments of Divine timing happening more frequently … not because the Universe suddenly started listening, but because you are beginning to hear its subtle cues more clearly than ever.

To support this deepened awareness, the energies this month are inviting us to come back to Earth, literally and energetically.

Here are a few soul-nurturing ways for us to attune to this new frequency:

• Walk barefoot on Earth and let her hold you
• Greet the morning sun with gratitude
• Nourish your body with vibrant, colorful foods that feel alive
• Move your body in ways that feel pleasurable, not punishing
• Breathe deeply and awaken your senses—touch, smell, sound, sight, and taste
• Let animals, plants, and nature remind you of what is real and holy

The idea of grounding can sometimes be misinterpreted as something heavy or restrictive, but true grounding is anything but that.

It’s actually liberation.

When we’re fully anchored in the present moment, we no longer need to chase the future or replay the past. We become available to the miracle of now. 

And it’s there, in the here and now, that our soul has the greatest space to play, create, and flow.

Grounding helps us shift out of survival mode and into sacred embodiment. At that point, we’re not just surviving anymore. We’re choosing to live fully, with intention and grace.

A Consciousness Expanding

There’s no denying that we are in a massive wave of accelerated growth.

The veils between the seen and unseen are thinner than they’ve ever been, and many of us are feeling both the exhilaration and the disorientation that often comes with that.

Since the start of the year, you may have noticed old habits, outdated relationships, or stagnant roles beginning to fall away.

If things have felt shaky, confusing, or even like they’re falling apart … that’s not failure! It’s forward movement.

It’s the reorganization that always comes before the upgrade.

Breakdowns, whether emotional, relational, or internal, are not signs of weakness. They’re indicators that your soul is ready for a breakthrough.

And when you can meet these moments with compassion, presence, and curiosity, you allow the energy to move with you rather than against you.

The mind might resist, as it always will at first. It craves familiarity.

Yet your Spirit remembers that change is natural, and it’s where your greatest expansions begin.

Talk lovingly to the mind. Let it know it’s safe to release control.

That what’s unfolding is not a loss, but a rebirth.

The good news? May offers us a deeply healing moment, a window to integrate all the lessons, clarity, and wisdom we’ve gathered so far.

If we’re willing to listen, this month will reveal gentle but powerful insights that illuminate our path forward in surprising and joyful ways.

Birthing New Ideas and Visions

Creative sparks will also begin to flicker again for many of us, sometimes in subtle ways, and other times, in bold and unexpected forms.

This month, you may feel called to create something new: a project, a business, a vision, a piece of art, or even a new way of showing up in your relationships.

This surge of inspired energy is not random.

It’s your Soul responding to the new space you’ve made, by releasing what no longer fits.

So, when new ideas come in, take time to sit with them, play with them, and trust them, even if they don’t make perfect sense to you yet.

Spirit often sends the seed long before the tree appears! But nurturing that seed is a powerful act of trust in yourself and in life.

Soulful Connection and Heart-Led Community

This month also calls us to return to connection, not just with ourselves, but with others who nourish and uplift our Spirit.

We’re not meant to walk this path alone.

May is highlighting the importance of community, of finding and building heart-led relationships that feel safe, authentic, and expansive.

This is a time to reach out, to gather, to listen deeply, and to offer your presence to those you care about.

Even one intentional conversation can shift something massive inside you, and create a ripple of healing far beyond what you can see.

You are part of the great healing of this planet simply by choosing love, kindness, and presence over fear.

Sacred Embodiment

Many of us have been journeying, during sleep and meditation time, in the higher realms of thought, emotion, and spiritual insight. And now we’re being invited to land those frequencies into our physical form.

You might feel a renewed desire to care for and love your body like never before.

That spa day, that massage, that walk in the woods, that delicious nourishing meal—it’s not indulgent. It’s sacred. It’s soul-care.

Let yourself stretch, move, dance, and feel.

Open to intimacy if that’s what your soul is calling for.

Not just romantic intimacy, but deep, heart-centered connection with yourself and with others.

True healing often happens through the warmth of touch, the gaze of another, the laughter shared between kindred spirits.

Your body is your Spirit’s sacred vessel. When you honor it, you’re not just tending to the physical. You’re anchoring your light deeper into this Earth experience.

Opening to the Unknown

You might feel a subtle nudge from Life itself, saying: There’s more for you now. Will you let it in?

May reminds us that the bridge to our highest timeline appears as we start walking, knowing that, in an Indiana Jones kind of way, the bridge will appear as we take that first step.

May also reminds us that we don’t need all the answers in order to start the journey. That the unknown isn’t here to scare us. It’s here to surprise us with miracles beyond anything we’ve imagined.

Ask yourself this month: Where am I being called to trust more?

To release control?

To follow joy? 

Your answers will guide you to exactly what is next for you.

Love as the Compass

Amidst the noise, division, and distraction in the world right now, one thing remains clear: Love is still the most powerful force on Earth.

And you, my friend, are one of Love’s sacred messengers.

May is a month to lead with Love.

To soften when it would be easier to harden. To listen quietly when others are shouting. To choose unity when the world pushes separation.

The illusion of division is loud, but the truth of Oneness is louder still.

You are not alone. We are rising together.

And the more we remember our Light, the more it ignites that same remembrance in others.

This is the time we came to Earth for! This is the turning point. And you are right on time.

Navigating Transitional Times

Our future world will operate on the foundation of love, compassion, integrity, accountability, and inclusive unity. This is our destiny, and it is why we came here. The universe loves us and will conspire with us to manifest our visions and intentions fueled by our actions. All we must do is show up and place our energy toward our visions. The universe will see us through this dark and heavy transitional void between what was and will be.

Now that we are really in the deep end, many things are showing up that don’t seem conducive to us creating a harmonious and beautiful life for humanity. We are absolutely clear that this is not the world we signed up for nor the world we have worked so tirelessly to anchor. We must remember that where we are right now is only a transitional state. Also, our physical bodies have struggled as we navigate the turbulent void between what was and what will be. This was expected. Despite the illusion, we are still on track. Keep your sights on the future.

As we traverse this void, our primal physical body’s hard wiring will react with anxiety and fear. These normal reactions can morph and anchor into twisted, limiting belief systems if left unchecked. We can experience a lack of trust in the process. We might feel overwhelmed, have anger or judgements of anything different than our belief system. Biases are based on fear. Fear keeps us from accessing our inner truth. Once temporarily blocked from our inner truth, we often look outside ourselves and digest a lot of energy-draining speculations about our possible future outcomes. Remember, we cannot see anything for what it is until we stop viewing it through the biases of what we want it to be. When we reach outside ourselves for “truth,” we can become rigid, unbending, anxious, and even anchor ourselves in this temporary void because deep underneath, we just want to feel safe and comfortable. This is entirely understandable. We all need comfort and safety. But for us to feel comfortable in this mere illusion of a chaotic void, we try to ground these temporary energies before it is actually time to do so, and this has been only adding stress and anxiety to our lives.

Our knee-jerk, fear-based reactions are quite “normal” for what we are trying to pull off here and were even expected by many Ascended Masters and the Star Elders. They know our physical bodies are programmed with primal survival programs and ancestral lineage memories. Our ancestors have carried us this far. We honor them for giving us the foundation upon which to build a new future. But our ancestors never experienced anything like this before. There’s nobody to show you the way, but you. You are the way.

So here are some guidelines to help ease our current journey.

Please don’t feed your fears because it will swallow up your light. Please do not waste your energy on loss causes and people who do not respect or cannot receive what you offer them. Honor your energy and light and use it in ways that can make a difference.

Be a tree. Know who you are and anchor yourself within yourself like the roots of a tree while bending like a tree does in changing weather. Learn to bend, but do not break.

Keep yourselves connected in your communities and have empathy and compassion for all others, no matter where they are in their journey or their belief systems. A good support system is essential during these times.

Foster BE-ing in “Enlightened Neutrality” by knowing what is transpiring around you in your world but not making a judgment or taking a stand. Remember, all this is going to change very, very quickly. Any place you anchor yourselves is the place that will cause you stress or pain.

Stay calm, heart-centered, and confident in our positive future, but do not spiritually bypass the work that presents itself to you. You want to ground yourself in divine balance, your cosmic orientation point within yourself. Where we place our energy is what we will manifest. What we believe will become our reality. Be a witness to this transition.

Place your energy toward re-schooling your belief systems to be flexible and grounded like a tree and in a constant state of enlightened neutrality. In other words, it means knowing what’s happening but not letting it trigger or affect our balance. If triggered, you cannot access your inner truth or light-that’s it-plain and simple.

It’s essential to remember all that is happening now; all that is out of alignment with the natural laws of the universe will not be sustainable in the future or be a part of our new reality. As we move forward, the universe filters out all the miscreations in our current reality. There is absolutely no need to fight anything going on in the world at the moment. Unless the challenges show up right on your doorstep, it is not your fight. Remember, there are uncountable warriors of light strategically placed throughout our reality who are being called to battles that show up on their doorsteps. Pick your battles wisely and use your energy accordingly. This transformation is not all on your shoulders.

Do not drag with you all that seems wrong with the world now. Let it go. As we traverse this void, we must remember that this is not our destination. It’s important not to get attached, hung up on, angry, or triggered about what’s happening in the world. This is merely a transition that your soul has never experienced before. Sure, this time is scary and painful. This is the nature of transitions. But we are sure you wouldn’t want the previously used alternative: drop the body and start all over once the new cycle has fully landed. You have chosen a different way this time.

To traverse this time and actually land in the reality we want, filled with our heart and soul desires, we cannot feed, thus accelerating the fear and anxiety that rise through the dismantling of the old world. We must hold tight to the vision in our hearts. It’s up to us collectively how we will land in this new world. It will benefit our lives and the countless generations that come after us.

Remembering you are also a physical being on a physical earth is important. Everything you think, feel, and do as you walk upon the Earth affects the Earth and all life upon it. Our energy circulates around the Earth to every corner of the Earth, affecting every bit of life. If we walk with love, compassion, respect, and honor for all life, we anchor this for the entire earth to feel. If we walk with anger, judgment, spiritual ego, etc., these things will circumnavigate the Earth. Our unchecked negative egos will not elevate life; it will devalue life. We must be the counterbalance to the chaos in the world and the calm in the storm.

Lastly, be compassionate with one another, knowing that everyone in the world is doing their best with what they have in each moment. Also, be compassionate to yourselves! You are right where you’re supposed to be, even if it doesn’t feel right. If we could see the bigger picture right now, we would realize how ridiculous it is to judge anybody or yourself for anything. We are all in the same pot of soup now, and no one has made the summit of this process yet. And never, ever forget that you are incredibly valuable to this epic, once-in-lifetime transformation process, just as you are at this very moment.

The Cocreation of Wholeness, Oneness and Love

I was doing a lot of research to which I was led, regarding intense insights, upgrades, and visions I had been given since before Christmas.

I always like to, when I am given certain information, back it up with research, especially when I am being shown certain places on earth and the information will always come to me, and always has.

This is not because I doubted the information, but because I wished to fully understand this, within the context of human history, or discernment of certain negative patterns we so often followed, not only as souls, but also as the collective.

For these negative patterns, they have repeated themselves for millennia and now at last, can be dissolved. Therein lies the great blessing!

We have now stepped into an accelerated moment, when the sun discs are being released which contain immensely powerful esoteric information, activations, and indeed work with the activation of the new humanity, in the seventh dimensional state, the original state of the first paradise on earth!

These come directly from the 7th Central Sun of Illumination, and thus from the Divine Prime Creator.

The 7th Central Sun is the Sun beyond Sun, and one of the twelve original Central Suns which were first created, to which this Universe, galaxy and solar system belonged to from the very beginning.

The central Sun are like great Libraries of cosmic knowledge, yet eternally One with the Prime Creator and are conscious.

At this moment, the reconnection to this Central Sun is so powerful that it is changing everything and everyone to the very core.

Now, throughout the whole history of the earth (and it is far more ancient than we even have any inkling of for history has been rewritten by the conquerors so many times to suit themselves), certain patterns repeated themselves which caused the downfall and demise not only of the first paradise, but all those who rose afterwards.

These are now systematically being dismantled. And this includes the collective as well as the individual soul.

We all have soul records, and we all have a certain mission to fulfill, and to which we agreed to, before we were born.

We have twelve higher guides, who stay with us as souls throughout our soul journeys, whether on this planet, or elsewhere in the Universe, or Omni-Verse.

We are before birth then shown what patterns we created with other souls, but also while on earth, with the collective, whether with “family” or with the collective.

We were simultaneously informed about the Old Earth dissolving, and then the New Earth being born (as happened on the 5 July 2020) and the now, the New Golden Age, being anchored in.

You were informed, and you shown where you greatest challenges would lie, and where you need to release and dissolve old patterns, through true forgiveness of yourself and others, and letting go of all shame, blame and guilt, but simultaneously, the soul work you would be doing in the inner planes, for our souls, do not just render highest service, in the physical planes, but all levels of our souls.

Many of us are already bilocating, and doing work on multiple levels, and I know this to be true for myself.

We were given this assignment, with the full knowing of what it would entail, although we knew as well, life can only be fully lived, each breathing moment, and that our own choices would ultimately then determine the outcome.

This is especially important to grasp. Nothing is ever happening, which does not serve your soul at some higher level, and how you deal with it, then determines the outcome of all else.

You agreed with this, like many of us, as on the course, to gaining master as planetary logos, or even galactic logos or universal, depending on your own soul, and its infinite journeys, simultaneously and multi-dimensional.

This life is just a tiny fraction of what your soul is already doing on all levels in multi-universes! We are all cosmic souls and not earthly bound!

The more aware you become, the more you know who and what you are on soul level, and then also will remember what you need to remember, or consciously bilocate and clearly see what you are doing.

There are no boundaries – boundaries are illusionary.

These old patterns will now surface at rapid rates, not only for us, but for the collective, and nowhere will this be more obvious than in the “ruling” structures, the structures on which the whole old society was built, the all the systems, pertaining to this. All need to dissolve now and will be cracked open to the very core.

Yet, remember that the ONE IS THE MANY, and MANY ARE THE ONE.

For the ONE who is open to truly letting go of all the old negative patterns, especially of fear, of pain and suffering, or judgement, self and others, and then rises in consciousness and in soul empowerment, has a ripple effect on the whole, like the hundred monkeys effect.

It takes ONE soul who has a consciousness level over seven hundred to influence millions. (Dr. David R. Hawkins: “Power vs Force).

See, now how important it is to let go. To release. More than this, to truly now step into the fullness and truth of who and what you are, as a soul, and to live it with great love, and serve with love and joy!

More than this I will not say.

Let your own higher soul self, speak, and listen. You will always be given as much as you manage at one time, and never more than that.

Your whole progress is monitored by those twelve higher guides, and your own Ascended Masters, as well as those whom you choose to work with.

Add to this the Divine Source, or Prime Creator, who resides within and always has, for your infinite soul is always ATONE with its Source.
