Hello! As we seek to find our way in these most powerful times, I would like to share with you two of my favorite spiritual healing practices for creating emotional balance and clarity.

1. Clearing the Energetic Body

One of my most essential practices is a scientific prayer by spiritual author Susan Shumsky, DD. This prayer immediately clears any energies that may have been picked up from other people or spaces. Nothing can be present in your energetic field without your permission, and this powerful invocation releases any unwanted energies on the spot and restores a sense of clarity, balance, and calm.

Invocation to Clear Energetic Objects or Attachments

Say the following out loud:

“I command that any energies,
any entities,
any energetic objects,
anything that is not in my Highest Good
be released now.
Go into the Light.
Go to God (or spiritual being of your choice).
You are not welcome.
Permission is denied.
Go into the Light.

(Breathe in and breathe out one time)

And So It Is.”


2. Clearing the Home

As we spend most of our time within the sanctuary of our homes, it is important to keep the space clean and clear. This prayer will fill your home with the energy of light and love and immediately uplift the vibration to give a feeling of illumination and protection.

The prayer as originally written by Susan Shumsky, DD utilizes the words God and Holy Spirit. You are welcome to substitute any word for the Divine that feels right for you, such as Spirit, Source, the Infinite, Divine Intelligence, etc..

Lifting Any Building or Space

“I now call forth the Holy Spirit
To lift, heal, cleanse, purify, and sanctify this space.
God is the center of light that fills this space.
God’s love permeates and fills this space.
God’s light blazes forth and fills this space.
God’s peace radiates and fills this space.
God’s grace vibrates and fills this space.
This space is now transformed into divine light.
This space is now healed with divine love.
This space is now immersed in divine energy.
This space is now bathed in divine blessedness.
This space is now engulfed in the presence of God.
Thank you, God, and SO IT IS.”

I suggest that you try both of these practices now to see how they feel. If you have been initiated into the Akashic Records, open the Records to strengthen their effect. Otherwise, ask your Soul or Higher Self to amplify their impact. Then, you may use them in the future as your intuition guides you.
